We are excited to give Bibishan Rai a warm welcome to the EcoDiv lab! Bibishan has moved over from Germany where he completed his master’s research on plant-insect interactions. He is now joining us to begin his PhD research within the framework of a program that was recently funded through a Marsden Fast-Start grant. He will be studying how soil food webs reassemble in urban forest restoration plots across the entire latitudinal gradient of New Zealand. But first, a delicious and spicy welcome at Hamilton’s best Sichuan restaurant!
